CANCELLATION POLICY
At Coast to Canyon Glow, I understand that plans can change, and I appreciate your consideration for my time. As a mobile service, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and includes travel time to your location. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed due to client unavailability, inability to access the service location, or an unsuitable service environment may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file. Coast to Canyon Glow reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in the event of a documented emergency or other extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments on short notice may be required to prepay future appointments. By booking an appointment with Coast to Canyon Glow, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
